Our agency is duly registered with the Toulon Prefecture (Carte Professionnelle N°4636), having subscribed to the required legal insurance and thus offers all guaranties required by French law. (Caveat: There is no guaranty offered by the law for transactions between individuals or with a real estate agency not registered in France.)
The agency is managed by Mrs. Sylvie PERLA, a jurist with a degree in Business and Tax Law (from the University of Aix-en-Provence) who also has a degree in German. She has as well more than fifteen years of real-estate experience both at the national and international levels.
Quadrilingual (French, English, German and Italian), Mrs. Perla is fully competent in her profession at an international level. Specifically, she has worked within a French notarial office handling property conveyancing. So, she knows well her way through the complexities of French law in the matter of real-estate transactions.
Given her knowhow, Mrs. Perla can be the right partner in your selling or purchasing of property in Provence.

- Assure the collection and full completion of all administrative and legal documentation relating to a transaction
- Advisory service to the client in the writing of pre-sale contracts (in agency) as well as the final transaction contract (at the Notary’s office), carefully explaining to buyers/sellers their binding responsibilities prior to signature.
- After-sale services smoothing the transition into your new home (transfer of documents, keys and establishing water, electricity, etc.)
